<image:caption>As a therapist, I believe that life is a journey, with each season bringing its own challenges and opportunities. Along the way, we all need support, and sometimes guidance from a professional can be especially helpful. I am passionate about listening, understanding, and walking alongside you on your journey toward emotional health. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow. As a clinical supervisor, I am committed to supporting the development of emerging mental health professionals. I provide guidance in a developmental and ethical manner, helping supervisees build confidence, strengthen their skills, and grow in self-efficacy as they work toward licensure. As a consultant, I work with individuals, agencies, and organizations to identify challenges and create practical, effective solutions. My approach is collaborative, focused on helping clients and partners achieve meaningful results.</image:caption>

<image:caption>I have a heart for helping individuals, couples, and families live with greater clarity, resilience, and hope. I offer client-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care, with particular attention to emotion-focused work and goal-oriented change. I work with clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship conflict, life transitions, identity development, faith-based struggles, and generational patterns of mental health challenges. I believe everyone deserves a safe and supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered through nonjudgmental collaboration. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and family systems frameworks to support healing from past experiences while equipping clients with practical tools for meaningful change. When invited by the client, I also integrate faith-based perspectives, recognizing that spirituality can be a powerful source of strength and grounding. I deeply respect each client’s individuality, beliefs, and values, and tailor therapy accordingly. I view growth and healing as a collaborative process and enjoy helping clients identify their strengths, clarify goals, and create sustainable pathways forward. Whether you are seeking support for day-to-day coping or deeper healing from emotional and relational wounds, I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward restoration and wholeness.</image:caption>

<image:caption>I help couples reconnect, rebuild trust, and restore emotional intimacy by creating a safe and supportive space where both partners feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with couples to slow down reactive cycles, identify underlying emotional needs, and develop healthier ways of expressing vulnerability, needs, and boundaries. Together, we focus on repairing emotional ruptures and strengthening the bond that brought you together. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the Satir Model, which emphasizes authenticity, emotional awareness, and growth through meaningful connection. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and a biopsychosocial framework to help couples explore how emotions, attachment needs, personal history, and life context shape relationship patterns. This process allows partners to better understand not only each other, but also themselves within the relationship. I also draw from the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and foster secure, lasting bonds. My work is compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to each couple’s unique story, values, and goals. Ultimately, I help partners move from cycles of disconnection and conflict toward emotional safety, mutual understanding, and deeper, more resilient intimacy.</image:caption>
